Includes the offline tool, instructions, library notices and synthetic before/after examples. Tested in desktop Chrome offline.

Before buying: only non-interlaced 8-bit RGB/RGBA PNGs. Indexed/palette PNGs, grayscale, 16-bit, APNG, keyed transparency and ICC profiles are unsupported. Limits:

Alpha, dimensions and unmapped decoded RGB stay unchanged. Originals are never overwritten. PNG metadata is removed and color-managed appearance may change. No nearest-color matching, artistic decisions or visual-equivalence guarantee.
